A national social welfare charity is recruiting for a strategic Head of Finance to lead its financial operations. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with Trustees, you will manage a small finance team and ensure robust financial planning and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Prepare reports for the Board of Trustees and Finance Committee
- Oversee year-end accounts, audits, and risk assessments
- Support grant reporting and contract funding compliance
- Line manage finance officers and a management accountant
Requirements:

- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong charity finance knowledge (SORP, restricted funds, etc.)
- Excellent strategic planning and leadership skills
- Experience preparing financial reports for a Board
