Marketing Manager
A well-respected health charity is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns that raise awareness, drive engagement, and increase supporter action. You’ll lead a small team, manage agencies, and oversee strategy across digital, print, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans
• Manage brand consistency across campaigns
• Work closely with fundraising and comms teams to deliver supporter growth
• Analyse campaign data to inform future strategy
• Line manage two team members
Requirements:
• Proven experience in charity marketing or not-for-profit communications
• Strong campaign planning, delivery, and evaluation skills
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and CMS platforms
• Creative thinker with project management experience
