A growing environmental charity is seeking an inspirational Head of Marketing & Communications to lead the organisation’s profile, voice, and engagement. You’ll shape the charity’s messaging, manage a team of five, and work across public campaigns, digital content, and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of brand and communications strategy
• Manage PR, digital content, social media, and internal comms
• Oversee crisis comms and media handling
• Collaborate with fundraising to optimise supporter journeys
• Represent the organisation externally at key events
Requirements:
• Extensive experience leading communications/marketing in the not-for-profit space
• Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and brand management skills
• Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
