We are representing a respected organisation seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of recruitment across the business, with a particular focus on supporting the estates function. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with stakeholders, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and play a key role in shaping how the organisation attracts and engages talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Lead on recruitment campaigns within the estates function as well as across wider business areas.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing advice on job design, market trends, and best practice.
  • Proactively source and pipeline high-quality candidates through direct outreach, networking, and job boards.
  • Coordinate and manage candidate screening, interviews, and feedback, ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, helping to position the organisation as an employer of choice.
  • Track, analyse, and report on recruitment activity to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with organisational policies and data protection standards.

About You

  • Proven experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO, or agency).
  • Experience recruiting for estates, facilities management, or related technical functions is highly desirable.
  • Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to advise and influence.
  • Skilled in direct sourcing and comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or ATS platforms.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple vacancies at pace.
  • Passionate about delivering an excellent candidate journey.
